Size guide
Rings
all rings are standard U.S. measurements, available in full and half sizes. if “i don’t know my ring size” is selected, you will be sent a standard ring sizer with instructions for confirming your ring size. follow-up instructions will be included with the ring sizer.
Bracelets
bracelets are sized as small, medium, large, and extra large. if you are unsure of your wrist size, we recommend measuring your wrist at the smallest point with measuring tape and referring to the guide below.

Necklaces
necklaces are available in three lengths. refer to the reference image below for a general idea of how each length will fit. keep in mind how the thickness of your neck may affect how the chain hangs.

Materials
every piece of sam hopkins jewelry is created in 925 sterling silver and uses a mix of recycled and refined silver. we strive to deliver premium luxury products, and using only recycled silver causes quality issues from metal fatigue. we use ethically sourced silver from small vendors to minimize environmental impact and support family businesses. silver is a fully renewable resource, and due to our sustainability goals, we do our part to ensure it remains in circulation. patinated pieces use a naturally derived solution to darken and age the finish of selected products. custom pieces can be made in a variety of additional metals; please utilize the inquiry form on the custom page for any questions regarding custom pieces.
Shipping
all products are made to order and may take up to six weeks to ship. we use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders. tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.
to place an international order, please email shop@samhopkinsjewelry.com with the products you wish to purchase. please include your shipping address and we will send you an invoice via PayPal. there may be additional charges related to shipping.
Return policy
we have a strict no returns policy. if there is a quality concern, we will swiftly repair or replace your jewelry. for a sizing issue, we can adjust the piece to fit or send a replacement in the correct size. if either of these issues applies to you, or you have any other questions, do not hesitate to email shop@samhopkinsjewelry.com and we will address your concerns.
